LeBANG guarantees our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange.

• Defective merchandise may be returned within 15 days for a credit or exchange minus the ‘HiGH5’ $5 donation made to the organization of your choice. Returns for reasons other than defective or incorrect merchandise will be awarded an online credit only. Buyer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges.
• Merchandise received after 15 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online credit and will be subject to a 30% restocking charge minus the ‘HiGH5’ $5 donation made to the organization of your choice.
• We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective.
• Returns for customized items will not be accepted.
• Returns are ONLY accepted on regular priced items. Sale items are final sale.
• If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
• The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.
• Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
• Please use the most economical shipping method for your return.
• Beaded jewelry purchases are entitled to 2 FREE repairs up to 60 days from purchase date. This includes restringing and the replacement of 2 beads and or 1 metal accent piece. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for any FREE repairs covered during the 60 day warranty period.
• Beaded jewelry in need of repair after 60 days of purchase will be charged a $20  fee. Cost of lost beads and or metal accents will be determined per piece and charged accordingly to current market value.
